think it's attractive and competitive value for money for mlini. the place was superior, we greatly enjoyed it. we were in the superior double room with a private safe, central heating and a tv with satellite channels. being near to the lovely beach. the location was amazing, just walking distance from bars and restaurants.

Helpful reception staff. Transfers and taxis available to airport and Dubrovnik well arranged.
Annex is away from main building so not very convenient. Lots of steps and no lift in annex. Good food but spoilt because only lukewarm even when brought from kitchen. Very steep hill to climb to catch bus to Dubrovnik.
-
Beautiful quiet location close to beaches. Friendly staff. Easy acess to Dubrovnik and Cavtat.
-
Great location and facilities. Good transport link to Dubrovnik and airport. Mlini village is beautiful and not too "touristy".
-
Pleasant, friendly resort. Although the restaurant could be very busy at times the staff coped very well and I thought the hotel food excellent value for money. The hotel is in a good location for walking .(to other beaches) or for boat trips. An enjoyable stay and would recommend to others.
While we were there the area experienced a heat wave so it would have made things a little more comfortable if we could have been able to control the air-conditioning to change the settings to a colder setting.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend it and would love to come again
-
Very comfortable hotel, pleasant and friendly staff, quiet and picturesque location.
-
The hotel was easy access for the bars and beach, friendly staff and nice restaurants close by
There was a shortage of food on the breakfast buffet, sometimes having to queue for refilling the dishes, not as much selection as last year. I noticed several people overfilling their plates and returning for a refill, I do not overeat and thought this quite frustrating having to queue to ensure a small size meal. I also noticed regular people filling their bags to take out

The worse hotel I have been the reception st staff are evil and were the worse I have seen
-
Stuff very helpful. Good food except beef.
Faculty need renovation. No cooler for water. No small refrigerator in rooms. No free water in launch and dinner. Over prices for water, 3 time more then supermarket. No free umbrella on "private bech". Cost for one day umbrella equal to new umbrella. Chef do not know prepare beef. Terrible smell on walkway close to jewellery store.

The hotel was a delightful surprise. The property was amazingly beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was comfy and very clean! The hotel is a bit dated but very nice.
-
Close proximity to airport but also close to quiet beach Mlini desk open 24/24 internet room very clean restaurant and floor
Stairs between ground floor and basement need attention - scruffy

The hotel has a great location, just above the beach and half way between the Dubrovnik Airport and Cavtat on one side and Dubrovnik on the other which makes it a perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik area. Airport shuttle bus to Dubrovnik stops above the hotel but you need to tell the driver in front that you want to get out at hotel Astarea. The public bus station is just above the hotel. It is only a 200 meters walk, but the road up is very steep which makes it a difficult walk during a hot day. By bus you are in 15 minutes in Dubrovnik or Cavtat. Buses are frequent, every 30 minutes or so. I had a bungalow which are positioned right next to the main building of the hotel. They are basic and simple, but completely adequate for that price. I had a wonderful small terrace shaded by pine and olive trees. You are just a few meters from the beach and the main building with a resturant, and a couple of hundred meters away from Mlini. The well equipped market is 20 minutes walk on the other side of Mlini. I had b&b and buffet breakfast was ok. Mlini is a peaceful and picturesque place with a number fo caffees and resturant and a beautiful seaside promenade. I recommend Konoba Astarea which is located near the hotel and where you get a 10% discount as a hotel's guest. Lovely pebble beaches are stretched all along the coast and there is even a nude beach some 15 minutes walk from the hotel. I absolutely recommend both the hotel and Mlini.

The location was excellent and we were pleased we were in the main building although when we booked it did say we were in the annexe. We had double beds instead of twins but it wasn't really a problem. The breakfasts were very good but as we were out all day we didn't get to try the lunch/dinner menus. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
The only downside was the fact that there was no shower gel provided in the rooms which one normally expects.

Too many old people, all from bus tours. It was like being in an old aged peoples home. No out door pool. very bad food. very bad . no mini bar/fridge, no hairdryer, very bad pillows.
